The community elects a three-person board of directors to represent its collective interests. The board meets at least once per month and welcomes suggestions and input from homeowners. The board also holds at least one community-wide meeting each year.
Our current board of directors is Melissa Brinkmeyer (President), Rob Davis (Vice President), and Lori Johnson (Secretary/Treasurer). To reach all three board members, please send a message to board@7655hoa.org. Under the auspices of the board, JDH Association Management serves as the management company for 7655 S. Braeswood.
Our community also benefits from resident volunteers:
1. Architectural control committee: Millie Cowen, Beverly Colacito, and Ken Ripple.
2. Hospitality chairperson: Beverly Colacito.
The board is always looking for conscientious and dedicated residents to support the HOA through volunteer efforts. Please e-mail the board if you are interested in volunteering for a committee or have any suggestions for one.
