E-mail and Web-Based Tools
Each resident is eligible for a free e-mail account ending in @7655hoa.org. Please contact the community Internet administrator (admin@7655hoa.org) to request an account. Residents may also submit events for posting on the community calendar, as well as photos or written content for inclusion on these pages.
Pool
Our swimming pool offers residents a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere for fun and recreation. Up to four guests per unit are allowed provided that the unit owner is present. Pool hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Clubhouse
Our clubhouse features top-of-the-line fitness equipment, including a treadmill, Bowflex weight machine, and stationary bicycle. A computer with Internet access and office software is available in the clubhouse for resident use. The clubhouse also provides a gathering space for social gatherings, community meetings, and private parties.
The clubhouse and pool area offer wireless Internet access to residents with wireless-capable computers and mobile devices. The network has been named after the late E. T. Nicolaou, a former board member. Please note that the wireless network is secure and password-protected. Only residents and their guests may access the Internet through it. To obtain the necessary password, contact the community Internet administrator (admin@7655hoa.org).
Brays Bayou
Right across the street from our community is Brays Bayou and a 10.2 mile walking and biking trail.

Digital Cable, High-Speed Internet Access, and Community Access
As part of the monthly assessment fee, each resident enjoys digital cable and high-speed Internet access from Phonoscope. We also have a community access channel for announcements and other content. Select channel 75 on your Phonoscope cable box.
Recycling and Trash Pickup
Residents of 7655 South Braeswood enjoy weekly curbside recycling and semi-weekly (twice per week) trash pickup. Curbside recycling pickup occurs on Wednesdays. Our waste management company provides an eighteen-gallon recycling bin to every homeowner. The following items may be recycled using the bin:
- Newspaper (including glossy inserts with the Sunday paper)
- Plastic materials that are marked with a #1 or #2 recycling logo
- Aluminum beverage cans
- Bi-metal cans
Trash collection days are Wednesday and Saturday. Residents are allowed two 33 gallon cans.
